Emergency Glazing Service in Walton-On-Thames , Surrey

Whether your window has suffered accidental damage or a security breach, our first priority is the safety of your home. If a permanent joinery repair cannot be completed on the initial visit, we provide professional boarding and weatherproofing to protect your interior. This approach ensures that your property is fully protected until a bespoke timber sash or double-glazed unit can be custom-manufactured and professionally installed.

When you call us for a broken glass replacement or a dropped sash, our focus is on immediate stabilisation followed by a quality, long-term solution. We assess the condition of the box frame, cords, and pulleys to determine if the issue can be fixed immediately or if further joinery is needed. Our team works cleanly and efficiently, respecting the period character of your Walton-on-Thames home while restoring the functionality of your sash windows.

Working with period properties requires a delicate touch. We do not use plastic or off-the-shelf alternatives; instead, we focus on authentic timber restoration. Our services include sash cord replacement using heavy-duty wax-impregnated cotton, rebalancing lead or iron counterweights, and carefully replacing glass to match your home's original glazing bars. By choosing an experienced timber specialist, you ensure that your restoration remains compliant with local conservation standards.

We operate as a FENSA-registered specialist with a commitment to maintaining the integrity of period housing across Surrey. With 2 million pounds of public liability insurance and a 10-year guarantee on all new timber window installations, we provide peace of mind to homeowners in Walton-on-Thames. We are here to help with everything from minor glass repairs to complex sash overhauls, ensuring your windows glide smoothly and function correctly for years to come.
